On Thursday 6 August and Friday 7 August VCOSS held the 2009 Congress: Protecting Social Equity When the Going Gets Tough. Over 150 people joined VCOSS for a stimulating two-day conference exploring the challenges and opportunities for promoting social equity during the economic downturn.
