Strategic plan
VCOSS Strategic Plan 2008-2010 sets VCOSS' direction and resourcing priorities for the three year period 2008-2010. It provides the overarching framework for all year-to-year organisational and campaign planning. The plan has been developed by the VCOSS Board in conjunction with staff, VCOSS members and a range of external stakeholders. The plan includes five key strategic objectives:
- Advocate for equity, social justice, fair access to resources and participation for all
- Build a strong sector that can lead social change
- Create a strong public presence for the changes required
- Sustain just, equitable and efficient outcomes through collaboration
- Sustain an effective, ethical, healthy organisation
