The Office for the Community Sector working together with the sector, recently developed a Community Sector Workforce Capability Framework, and has produced a number of resources to assist NFP community organisations in addressing workforce challenges, including those detailed below:

Workforce Capability Framework videos now online
There are two Community Sector Workforce Capability Framework training videos now available to be viewed on the Office for the Community Sector website. In the videos, Rosalie Flynn from Precision Consultancy and Brad Sadler from Windermere Child and Family Services talk about how the framework can be used by community sector organisations. The videos can be found on the new Workforce Capability Framework section of the OCS webpage.

Workforce Capability Framework tools can now be purchased online
The Community Sector Workforce Capability Framework Tool Kit and Community Sector Workforce Capability Framework Capability Cards are now available to be purchased through the Information Victoria website. To order these publications, visit the Information Victoria Bookshop.
