Management: Leadership Victoria Roundtables and Workshop
Leadership Victoria offer a two day workshop to assist non-profit CEOs identify their own leadership style and how they influence and lead others, including their Board. It is delivered using experiential learning and small group discussion. The workshop is run in the first half of each year but if demand was sufficient could also be run in the second half of year.
Leadership Victoria also run a roundtable designed to provide CEOs with an opportunity to discuss leadership issues with peers from across the nonprofit sector. Heads of organisations in disability and health, welfare, youth, arts, environment, sport and recreation attend. Several round tables are conducted each year.
