VMIA Free risk management eLearning training

The VMIA is expanding its current training offering and has released a suite of free online training modules to help you and your organisation manage your risks and develop new skills. They aim to help supervisors and managers comply with workplace employment laws that govern recruitment, selection, managing people and their performance.

Victorian organisations who receive DHS funding are eligible to register for free.

Topics currently include bullying prevention, equal employment opportunity, OHS – manual handling, how to manage workplace conflict and an introduction to performance management.
