The Road Trauma Support Team Victoria (RTSTV) provides support for people who have been affected by road collisions in any capacity.  They may have been injured, been drivers or passengers in a car or they may have lost a family member.

I manage a small counselling team, some of whom are volunteers who may have themselves been victims of road trauma.

Victims may have lost confidence, or isolated themselves, so we help then re-engage in the community and get on with their lives.

This work has made a difference to me also, because it is in sync with my own values.  I firmly believe in advocacy and social justice, and respect for individuals.

I think it is important to do what you love.
