For descriptions and rates of different membership categories please read the attached Membership Form. When applying for membership simply complete out the below form and mail to VCOSS with an Annual Report.
Steps
- (a) The application goes to the VCOSS Board to be approved at its monthly meeting.
- (b) Once approved a tax invoice and Member Kit will be posted out.
Membership is renewable on an annual basis.
