Leadership Support
The leaders of community sector organisations seldom have the resources to access leadership support, training and professional mentoring. Through its partnership with Leadership Victoria, VCOSS enables community sector leaders to benefit from a range of leadership support services, including volunteer professional mentoring, leadership workshops, board orientation training, and roundtable discussions with other not-for-profit leaders.
Leadership Victoria also provides pro bono expert assistance to organisations or Boards with particular needs. The partnership between VCOSS and Leadership Victoria also raises awareness of the issues affecting leaders in the community sector.
