Jobs Australia is proud to be delivering a key forum into the state of mental illness within the workplace on World Mental Health Day. Held at the Marsh Offices on Collins Street in Melbourne, this event is one not to be missed for employers who wish to learn strategies for managing mental illness within a work environment.
Facilitated by the Love Me Love You Foundation, ex AFL Footballer Lance Picioane will bring together a host of keynote speakers to discuss the ramifications of not actively supporting workforces regarding mental illness. Leading psychologists, employees who have survived mental illness and other likeminded professionals will give you the insight to return to the workplace equipped to work with individuals dealing with mental illness.
This forum aims to discuss the business and human imperative of creating mentally healthy workplaces and will launch Jobs Australia’s, ‘National Mental Health in the Workplace’ training program; a targeted program to assist organisations to improve culture and practices for managing mental health in the workplace.
